We really enjoy the perfect location of the apartment and the view from the fifth floor is just amazing. The apartment was very well, equipped, clean, cozy, and big enough for whole family. In the lobby of the building is also small shop with groceries.

The apartment was huge and its location was perfect for visiting places around. Apartment was clean and even though it was hot outside the inside of the apartment wasnt so a great retreat from the hot weather. As we dont like to much people around, this place was perfect for us. The little stream runing behind the house was a nice addition in the hot weather that we experienced during our stay and our kid loved to play in it. Its not for swimming but for cool down it worked perfectly.

Every question we had was answered promptly and in detail — truly five-star service even before arrival! The accommodation itself was spotless and beautifully maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the spacious terrace offered breathtaking views — perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The online check-in process was incredibly convenient and saved us time upon arrival. We also appreciated that the city tax could be paid directly by card when the host visited — no paperwork or extra steps. The practical door code system was a thoughtful touch, especially for families or groups — no stress about losing keys! Location-wise, it’s a dream: nestled between serene lakes and majestic mountains, with endless possibilities for activities in all weather. The host was very welcoming, transparent and we appreciated all the good recommendations provided. Location is fantastic, close to Gerlitzen, close to the Lake and many attractions. We enjoyed the Adler Arena, Familywald, hiking to the Finsterbach waterfalls and the Gerlitzen Peak. The restaurant across from the location is also fantastic(zum Treffner).

Very clean and comfortable, well-appointed 2 bed apartment, within walking distance to several supermarkets and launderette, bus stop nearby so if coming by train you can walk, or catch no. 1 or no. 3 buses which stop close by. Pretty garden surrounds, can hire bikes from Papin in town and charge/store in lockable shed by apartment, lovely rides, can catch train and ride back to Villach. Or hire car for some great alpine drives!
