After a long drive from Prague on the way to Italy, we decided to stop in Wattens for some rest. We arrived quite late, but the self-check-in machine outside was efficient and made the process smooth for us. When we made it there, the parking was available right in front of the hotel for free. If not, there are other parking spaces around the area as well which makes things even more easier! The vending machines inside & nearby were a nice touch, offering snacks, water, and other essentials. Our room was clean and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed for an overnight stay. The medium-sized bathroom was also clean, and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed a wonderful breakfast before continuing our long drive back to Italy. The receptionist at checkout was fantastic and even offered us museum tickets - but sadly, we didn't have time.

What we both experienced in this lovely hotel was far above expectations: The owner of the hotel did everything possible to make our stay pleasant in every way, always with a welcoming smile, and endless generosity. We stayed six nights and every day on our return we always found a neat and clean room - such a magical room that we didn't feel like leaving it. The breakfasts were served abundantly with a variety of delicacies within an elegant buffer at a very high level, many of the accepted norms. We will no doubt return to this amazing hotel and recommend all our friends to do so.

The house was lovely, equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Location was ideal for us to get out and about , with lots of places to visit . The host family are all very welcoming and friendly and very happy to answer and questions and give advice when asked. Prior to our stay they communicated very well and also git a highchair fir our use. Swimming pool was perfect with the weather being very warm!

    This was our third time at Hotel Rettenberg and it is certainly not the last one! The place is very nice, with a very good quality/price ratio. The rooms are very nice and the wellness area is ideal for a relaxing experience. The personnel is extremely kind and the restaurant very cozy. We love it!

    We use this hotel for our starting point to see this part of Tyrol. For us it had a perfect location.The hotel has a great restaurant, with a very good and tasty offer. The swimming pool is nice, but we were missing the towels. Staff is very nice and helpful. Lots of parking space.

    The one word I can say about the apartment - PERFECT!!! The apartment is big, bright, cozy, very clean, and comfortable. Everything you can imagine you need, you have in this apartment. Cleaning products for the washing machine and dishwasher are provided. There are some supermarkets very close, by car, to the property. One of the supermarkets is very close on foot. We would definitely choose this apartment for our next staying in the area. Thank you very much to Mader and Regina for their hospitality. The apartment is highly recommended.
