Loved EVERYTHING about Coolnest - staff was so Nice, helpful, cheerful, efficient and professional yet highly personable. The owner even engaged in a wine tasting with his guests and discussed his inspiration for the hotel. The hotel itself and the facilities are top notch, the decor was very cool and so we done, every detail done well and the all the areas from the reception area, the breakfast area, the roof top bar and restaurant, the pool the gym and yoga rooms were done so well. Not to mention the rooms that were functionally laid out perfectly with million dollar views of the zitteral valley. And did I mention all the free activities - hiking, biking, yoga, wine tasting, etc that comes free.

I have just spent a week at Englhof Hotel, and have to admit that it exceeded all my expectations. Every member of the staff was friendly, welcoming and comitted to provide an exceptional service. The room was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, ensuring a very comfortable stay. The view from the balcony was special, having the Ziller river in front of us, and the Alps in sight. The food was absolutely delicious - every meal felt like a gourmet experience. And to top it all off, the cocktail bar was a real highlight. With expertly crafted drinks (lots of awards received 🏆) and a cozy lounge area, it was the perfect spot to unwind after a day of skiing/snowboarding. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a blend of luxury and comfort! We’ll definitely be back 🥂

My stay at This Apartment was absolutely delightful, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the moment I arrived, the owner proved to be an incredibly helpful and gracious host, always on hand to offer assistance and ensure my comfort. His local insights and willingness to go the extra mile truly made my trip so much smoother and more enjoyable. The apartment itself was simply beautiful. It was clear that great care had been taken in its presentation – everything was spotlessly clean and meticulously maintained. I was particularly impressed by how quiet the apartment was, providing a truly peaceful retreat after a day of exploring. This tranquility, combined with the comfortable furnishings and inviting atmosphere, made it feel like a true home away from home. The rooftop pool is just amazing with a nice view. The whole hotel is very clean, spacious, well-equipped, the staff is very friendly. The wellness area is really nice, breakfast and dinner are very rich with many options. We really enjoyed our stay!

Our vacation in Zillertal was great! Great location (Bichl), good ski and the Hotel (Theresia) was excellent in every possible way: super-friendly, great hospitality! The staff attended to every need we had and made sure we know how to move in the area, explained in detail the ski options we had, ski-passes bought at the reception desk, great breakfast, really nice facilities / sauna / gym area / relax room etc., very clean and the half-board option proved to be ideal for us! The area has many ski resorts and gondolas and supports all tastes, as well as great accommodation, good accessibility via frequent ski buses and variety of lifts. Overall a very nice experience and we’ll be coming back for sure in Zillertal and especially in Hotel Theresia!!

    The apartment was very well stocked with everything we needed. It was very large and had most than enough space. The location was perfect. The ski bus stop is virtually next to the front door and we used (https://www.hundeglueck-zillertal.com/) for doggy daycare which was excellent and very close by. All in all, very highly recommended.
