It was easily highlight of our stay in Austria. It was a short scenic walk from the train station. The rooms were very spacious and well lit with a big balcony. The space was managed well and the bathrooms are huge. The triple room #29 had river and mountain view separated by a secluded bike trail. The breakfast was great with a lot of vegetarian options. We preferred having our breakfast out in the garden but they also had cozy wooden seating inside the property. Laura, Sonja and the resident dogs Ella & Lucy were very gracious hosts. They told us about the history of the place which offered us good perspective about the culture and local food. They even offered to help us plan our day and recommended some excellent places to dine at. They also provided us with City Card which came in very handy while using the bus to explore Innsbruck. We would gladly stay here again!

The friendly and extremely helpful staff. Wonderful setting. Beautifully laid out. Good breakfast with the ability to enjoy it indoors or outside on the terrace. Rooms comfortable and nicely decorated. Excellent location for visiting surrounding areas. The helpful and courteous staff also contributed to the pleasant stay. Very much appreciated. Thank you. Clean, modern room, very quiet at night. The apartments have tiny kitchens and a coffee maker. Bathroom was great - nice shower and beautiful tiles. Parking lot was a short walk from house. Would stay again!

    Great location and very clean big room. Photos were misleading as we assumed the pool was onsite. It was very hot when we arrived and our children were looking forward to a swim, the public pool in the photos is closed for maintenance.
