I did need to have either internet to call via WhatsApp or an Armenia Sim Card to let the owner know I was there to check in. It was a little confusing finding the precise place to meet. The front door is through a building walkway to find entrance in courtyard. I have seen properties send a photo (or photo series) to make something like this clearer. It was no big deal since our driver friend was able to call on his phone (we did not have sim card). The building entry is very nice as you come in. Elevator is right there, so very convenient. The unit was a comfortable size, not huge, but space to move around. There was a sofa and table combo which was very comfortable. I appreciate having a place to sit other than the bed. The room and bathroom were exceptionally clean. The owners take pride in their rental business and do a very good job. The location is EXCELLENT. Everything is easy walking distance. There is a pretty park just on the same street opposite the entire block. There are many restaurant options. Shopping and groceries are very nearby.
