A large and spacious house, all 2nd floor is in guests disposal, there's a kitchen, tea and coffee. Room is clean, everything is new and modern. Rooms have a private bathroom, all of it is super clean and tidy. Hosts are very helpful, friendly and welcoming. I like the location, it's very close to the airport, which is convenient if you come to Yerevan for several days.
