Great location and fairly quiet given the hotel’s proximity to the entertainment and dining zone. The room was spacious with plenty of storage options and power points, and included all that we needed. Also had a pleasant balcony. A simple cooked breakfast was provided and the owner Mr Chun (??) was most attentive, giving good recommendations and arranging our onward travel to Hoi An. He also welcomed us with tea and snacks every time we returned to the homestay. We recommend Tam Homestay without hesitation.

Would give this place a 12 if possible. The staff from second 1 were incredible. Warmth, kindness,hospitality…the list of boxes ticked is endless. The room was large and spacious and the views from the balcony were wonderful. We arrived during a heavy rain shower and within minutes hot beverages were ready for us whilst we waited for our room. We were also given restaurant suggestions and discount tokens of which we gratefully availed of. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Big shout out to Susie also for making check out pain free. Nikki and Susie were an absolute pleasure to deal with. They call it a home stay and it feels absolutely like that.

Everything was great. Friendly welcome, picked us up from the airport. Gave us great recommendations on where to eat and drink nearby. Will definitely stay here again next time we're in Hue. Thanks to all the staff for being so accommodating. Also, all of the coffees and chocolate are brilliant!

the host is kind and available . the apartment is clean and comfortable. We even tried the swimming pool thay was nice. The apartment is well placed and you can easily visit Hue.

This is an outstanding stay in Hue. The property is lovely and the house is beautifully and thoughtfully appointed. The rooms are large and clean. The property is located in a quiet neighbourhood, so noise from surrounding properties or the street is not an issue. The best part of the property is the host family. They are warm and friendly, speak excellent English, and prepare a delicious breakfast of local specialties every morning. They were also super helpful in providing recommendations for local restaurants, tours, and other activities. Lunch and dinner are available for an extra cost. Free bicycles are available at the property.

Absolutely beautiful. Nice and clean room. Perfect location. You can rent a scooter for 130k VND per day. Super friendly owner. I highly recommend this guesthouse.

Nice and clean hotel. We arrived late and the owner patiently was waiting for us. The room was with a balcony, clean and nice as on the pictures. The hotel located at the city centre on the side street but it is quiet. Also they have a motorbike for rent, it is in good condition. The staff speaks English well and helped us to organize an excursion by boat and gave us notes how to explore Hue by ourselves and recommended best places to visit. Also they serve a simple breakfast. You can choose for your choice omelet, pancakes and something else. We mostly ate pancakes, they are delicious!

I’ve never seen such a large amount of staff that were all so friendly and helpful. I’d go back there without hesitation if I’m ever back in Hue.

The room was comfortable and the breakfast and drink provided was really good. The host and the staff were very accommodating and lovely - offering advice about the best things to do locally and were so kind in letting us leave our large travel bags at the homestay for the day even after we checked out so we didn't have to carry them around until we had to leave the city. There was a cute cat that lived nearby that is very cute too
