The whole environment and the interior design was fantastic. Very clean room. We had a rainy visit so the let us borrow umbrellas. We got information about sightseeing and food. Every effort was made to endure our comfort: how soft-boiled do you like the eggs? steamed milk for excellent coffee, delicious variety of Vietnamese dishes for breakfast and fabulous dinners at v reasonable cost; discussions about history of the household or region. Location allows fine walks along Perfume River and interesting neighbourhood and Grab cars or motor scooters to town are easy. Hosts are more than helpful in planning tours, getting excellent guides. We (independent senior women, well-travelled) have never had such fine accommodation and care. Staff (thanks Diep) is terrific.

Lovely home, very pretty house and garden, some lovely decor. Family were very pleasant. It is very convenient for the old city and very close to a top French resteraunt. Breakfast was very good, order coffee and you get tea as well. There is a great bakery just round the corner, croissant and coffee there. Good top floor balcony. A bit out of town but the grab taxis never took more than 5 minutes to arrive going in or out, and they cost virtually nothing so the quiet location was worth the taxi ride.

The location is great too—there’s a small lake behind the homestay and it’s just a short walk to the Imperial City, which made evening walks really nice. They also offer laundry service at a very reasonable price. There are plenty of convenient spots nearby like local shops, food places, and even a pharmacy. The host was so friendly and kind. Overall, it’s a lovely spot if you’re looking to unwind, slow down a bit, and enjoy some peace and quiet in Hue.
