The hot water worked very well compared to other places we have stayed in Vietnam. The apartment building in general is very clean. There is also secure parking underneath the building at the cost of 7k for a motorbike. Ri the host was very helpful and takes pride in keeping the apartment clean as well as looking after all his plants.
