For the price we paid, it was fantastic!! We had a big and clean room in a bungalow, the garden with pool is very nice, the owner Nam Nam is very very friendly. She arranged for us all transfers by private car and gave us all infos about what to visit. This homestay is very convenient situated in the center of Tam Coc. I also had amazing massages in Tam Spa near the homestay. Highly recommended!

The home stay is very nice! I’d definitely recommend it. The room was clean, had a lot of natural light and also a nice view. The homestay territory is cosy and beautiful, there is also a good pool. Breakfast was also good. The owner’s family is friendly and helpful, they have booked a bus to Hanoi for us, gave some advice on places to visit. And also you can rent a bike or bicycle right in the homestay which is a good bonus.

Great location, really close to the river and bus station. Newly opened/refurbished so the rooms are clean and decked out with fridge and kettle etc. Great price for what you get. Lovely family that run the place - they make a huge breakfast for you in the morning and were great accommodating my early checkin

It is a beautiful hidden place with only a small amount of houses to stay. It is a very beautiful and peaceful. Also, the hosts were really friendly and warm. We used google translate quite a lot to communicate and that went very smooth. They are very hard working people and sweet, and did everything to make our 4 night stay as good as possible. In the morning there are beautiful sounds of birds and an amazing breakfast, which varies a bit every morning. The swimmingpool is great and we rented both scooters and bikes with the hosts, which were working fine. All in all, this place has been our most favorite place to stay over the past two months.

Tom and Lily are wonderful people, opened and helpful. They really care so everybody feels good and comfortable They are eager to advice what to see, where to eat or even help to organize a driver, recommend a trip, just ask :) What more, Lily is a great cook and prepares home made breakfast every morning. Room was also nice and extremely clean. It was better than in a hotel. You won't be dissapointed

The hotel was great, even thought it is a little bit far from the city it has a very beautiful view in the midlle of nature and very relaxing and worth it the money. The people from the hotel were very nice and carreful and they make you feel very well. The food was very good, everything was perfect.

Wow, it's a little slice of paradise. In between trang on and tam coc in the coolest village I've been to so far. Great pool, massive room, showed up for 3 days stayed for a week!!!!

We had a wonderful 3 days at Nha Lua Homestay and could easily have spent a whole week here. Although the accommodation is a little away from the tourist centers of Ninh Binh and Tam Coc (approx. 30-35 min by scooter or cab from the bus stop in Tam Coc, ~300,000 Dong), it offers all the more peace and authenticity. The rooms are very tasteful and super clean. The garden with many plants and the pool in the middle is wonderful, it feels like you're swimming in the middle of the jungle. The owners built everything themselves and are incredibly hospitable and helpful. For example, we were allowed to leave our luggage in another room on check-out day and use the bathroom and shower there free of charge. Both breakfast and dinner are freshly prepared, beautifully presented and very tasty. Totally fair value for money! Scooters can be rented at the accommodation for 150,000 dong/day, so you can quickly reach all the attractions in the region and get a taste of 'real life' in Vietnam along the way. We would stay here again anytime and can fully recommend it! We wish Hoang and his family all the best :)
