The quality of the apartment is very high, it is quite big, you get almost everything you need for your stay, of you need something more there is a shopping center in the same building. You get a wonderful view from the balcony, the sea on the left, the city in the middle and the mountains on the right. Comparing the cleanliness with the other experience I had in Vietnam, I should say this was the best, even if it is still not comparable with Europe. The only issue we had, is that there is no privacy for the bathroom, there is a glass wall and the curtain is almost transparent, as soon as you turn on the light, so at night everyone in the apartment sees inside the bathroom.

I really enjoyed my time, perfect for staying, working as Wifi connections is good. The view is amazing from the balcony. You could spend hours and get to fresh in the pool two floors up. Great choice for temporary staying.

The property is very easy to find being located at the end of an ally & which is just off a side street .. On arrival at the House , I was greeted warmly & with a smile by the lovely Hostess Cham .. This is a family home & I was made to feel welcome & the place has a wonderful , positive energy & I immediately felt relaxed & at ease .. The room was spotlessly clean , tastefully decorated & has new , modern furniture , a comfy bed with fresh smelling linen & the bathroom is nice with plenty of hot water & toiletries are also supplied .. there is an amazing fridge / freezer , smart TV , microwave , bedside table & chair & a large sized wardrobe .. And great plus is big windows that open wide letting in lots of fresh air .. Although I didn't have time to eat there , opposite , there is a restaurant ... There are lots of amenities on the side street which then leads to only a ten minute walk to the beach .. All in all , this is an great place to stay , with a charming family & at a very good price .. But most of all is the amazing owner who is so courteous , pleasant & goes out of her to make sure you feel welcome & comfortable & have everything you need ... Highly Recommended

He immediately made us feel at home. We had some amazing food cooked by his wife, the place was cool and comfortable and a quick 5 minute walk to the beach. Tu also helped us out a lot with getting a local ride up to Quy Nhon which saved us time and money. We really recommend this place!
