The manager was super friendly, I checked out early and she offered to keep my luggage until I have to go to the airport. The room was super spacious for our group of 3. We had a splendid time there.

I stayed here for about three weeks, and I have to say it was totally worth it! The location is perfect , you really couldn’t find a better one. The room was always clean and quiet, and the host was extremely helpful and kind. What else can I say? Highly recommended for both short and long stays. 10/10 without a doubt - it's a prime example of value for money. May and her husband literally provide everything you need, much more than you receive in many hostels. Location excellent especially to Train Street, restaurants, Hoan Kiem Lake, Old Quarter. Very good sound proofing on balcony doors. Washing/dryer machine very much appreciated. Kitchen area nice. Wi-fi always good. Wonderful bathroom & shower. We got free water and towel change change every day. Very comfortable bed for us. Fantastic value for money. Door lock & card so secure.This was not a problem for us but we found the entrance & check-in through a sports shop a little weird when we first arrived but when we used the lift at the rear of the shop and it opened just across from the front door, so it was like a private lift, we were delighted and there is a security guard at night.
