Very friendly and gives more hospitality than is required. The accomodation is clean, and has all you need. I think everone should experience this homestay to get more inside information on living in a busy city as Hanoi. I think I have one suggestion for host: maybe include the experience of sharing a meal with the family or friends, or offer a tour on a bike together with the host..This would increase their income and will be a superb experience for the guests. I thought about this idea, because he is such a nice person as company.

The host was so kind and generous. We stayed for 1 night as it was nearby to the airport for an early morning flight. Our bus into Hanoi was late and the host stayed up to make sure we got there OK. When we arrived he offered us food from his own fridge, the house, bathroom and bedroom were immaculate and super comfortable. Our flight was at 5am and we couldnt get a taxi so he arranged for his friend who is a taxi driver to take us, we woke up with us at 5am to make sure we made it to the airport ok. Excellent value for money. Would have paid double for this! Easily the best place I have stayed in Vietnam. Would 100% recommend to everyone, excellent accomodation and even better host. If I could rate as 6/5 I would!

The room was really big and comfortable and I loved all the small details and the toiletries offered. The location is perfect if you don’t want to be in the noisy busy old quarter (15 mins drive) and walking distance to nice cafes and bars in the Tay Ho Neighborhood. I would highly recommend this place!

The apartment's owner is very friendly and helpful by providing us some of Hanoi's good places to eat. Overall, I'm satisfied with my stay here^^
