She was so kind in always asking if i needed anything since i was traveling alone. If you are looking for a place to stay in old quarter hanoi, affordable, comfy and clean, stay in this place!

The owner is super friendly and very helpful. He even helped me carry my luggage and drove me to the bus stop on my last day.

The bed specifically was really nice and comfortable. The owner is very nice and responsive. She gave us local recommendations and they were really good. She also arranged a pick up for us from the airport, which worked super smooth. They even waited for us while we sorted some issues with missing luggage. We would recommend this place!
