The breakfasts were superb, staff cooked eggs to your requests as one desired. Great selection of choice for different cultures. Different choices of fresh fruits and juices, pastries etc. I had a wonderful massage and treatment at their spa too. The staff were wonderful, couldn’t do enough for us . Tommy, Andrew and Maya treated us as they would treat a family member, with great respect. Always there to help, arrange taxis, give information, recommend and install apps to help us with especially with one to call a taxi wherever we where, which had prices and feedback on the driver. Called « Grab » was brilliant. They made our holiday very special, can’t thank them enough. We have stayed in many different hotels in our three visits to Vietnam and this was the best ever.
