Our family originally planned to stay in Ha Long for just two days… and we ended up staying for more than a month. One of the main reasons for that — besides the beauty of Ha Long — was Nido and the incredible hospitality of his family. We are traveling with two young children, and our hosts went above and beyond every single day to make sure our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The location of the accommodation is truly the best area of Ha Long — not overly touristy, yet modern, vibrant, and full of that authentic contemporary Vietnamese vibe. You get all the conveniences and great tourist options, without the overcrowding typical of the main tourist districts. This part of Ha Long is perfect all year round: you will never feel the “empty off-season” atmosphere, nor the chaotic crowds during peak season. The best shopping mall, local market, pagoda, and a beautiful promenade with a stunning view are all very close. There are amazing restaurants and cafés nearby, offering both traditional food and options suitable for every guest. The house itself has a fantastic rooftop terrace with a beautiful view, plus a fully equipped kitchen available to all guests. We also have to mention that our hosts organized an unforgettable birthday celebration for our son — something we will always remember. And a very important detail: the hostess makes absolutely delicious cakes that all guests can enjoy. There wasn’t a single question or request that our wonderful hosts didn’t solve immediately. Their kindness and service are truly exceptional. We recommend this place 1000%, and we are sure you will enjoy every moment of your stay here.

This place is incredible. The crew were very welcoming and warm, the room was beautiful and full of detail, including a window to the sea below the floating home, and many carefully designed spots to just lay down and enjoy the landscape. They arranged all the transportation for us, even picking is up at Viet Hai after a cruise trip, and trip back to Hanoi by boat/taxi/bus. Besides the human side, what is most stunning in this place is the fact that you get to spend the night in a really unique settlement, call the 'supermarket boat' if you need anything, or sail to a fisherman house to buy some fish to cook for yourself, getting a glimpse of the life in this special corner of earth. I would recommend it in a thousand lifes!

Amazing view form the balcony, next to a pretty little beach. Everything was clear and secure, the hosts are adorable and here to help. If you want to do a boat tour in halong bay don’t hesitate to book here with them Highly recommended if you want a place to feel like home (they also have a nice little cat and a doggy)
