Henry and staff were so helpful, Henry booked a great day tour to Lan Ha Bay for us including transport to and from the harbour (very much recommended!). He also booked our ongoing trip to Sa Pa for us. The restaurant provided good food (great mango smoothie!) and the poolside was very relaxing. Lovely atmosphere at night with all the lights. You can eat outside in the garden (to avoid mosquitoes the best time is 7.30 pm omward).

Our shared shuttle bus was very clean and comfy; transfer boat to the cruise was also pretty decent. Bin & the rest of the crew were all very friendly & attentive, always checking in with us throughout our stay. The food was incredible! From breakfast buffet (I would say, they offered a good selection), to lunch arrangements during excursions & fine dining dinner (absolutely delicious, credits to the chefs who did an amazing job), everything was perfect. The service crews were all very friendly and pleasant to chat with. They also constantly double checked with me about my allergies with peanuts. There were a good selection of activities and excursions for 3 days 2 nights; we were able to enjoy activities like kayaking, village tour, etc but at the same time, still able to chill and relax on board. Wished we could stay longer!

The itinerary was well-paced with just the right mix of relaxation and activities. We especially enjoyed – boat tour, and the cooking class. What made the experience even more special was the exceptional good service of Antony. He is truly highly commendable and the best ever butler we had since we cruises, attentive to needs and keen to every details.
