She helped me with my luggage which was quite heavy and she was there very early on the day of my check out in case I needed anything. She even called the office lady where I booked my bus ticket to Hanoi to try to solve some misunderstandings with the bus driver and my pick up point. The room and bathroom were perfectly clean and the homestay is in a very quiet road so you can make sure you will get a good night's sleep.

The birds around the house, wonderful bed and very good cover, nice hot shower. The food they cook was very tasty. Very friendly and helpful staff and An is the heart of the place. I recommend An's house and I'll return there after Ha Giang loop.

We had great dinner and breakfast in the restaurant outside, food was great, full of flavor! Man behind the bar knows English very well, so you can ask for food recommendations for sure.
