The room was super comfy, very clean, and the self-check-in was smooth and just made sense, no hassle at all. The location is in a good area, and for the price (much cheaper than what we found on booking websites). Communication was super fast and easy through WhatsApp, which made everything so convenient. They also offer a bunch of handy services like laundry and transportation. We asked if they could arrange a limousine van for two people to Hanoi, with pickup from the homestay, and they organized everything quickly. We specifically wanted to pay in cash instead of booking online, and they made that possible without any issue. All in all, a very comfortable and well-organized place to stay. We'd definitely recommend!

The hosts are pleasant and hospitable (I received a gift from the lovely hostess in honor of Women's Day, and we also received two key chains :)... Everything is really clean, and in general, we felt that every little detail has been thought of to make you feel comfortable... The breakfast was rich, big and delicious... The coffee is excellent... And the garden!!! Feels like The Secret Garden ... It's true that it's not in the city center but the walk is really not terrible and it's totally worth the peace you get from the place

We were really satisfied with our host, who helped us with finding the most beautiful spots in the area to visit. Also, she came prepared with a map of need-to-know information about restaurants, supermarkets, and food places which sold local specialties. We had booked a two persons room with our own bathroom. Everything was really tidy. We didn't book a room for the night on our last day in Cao Bằng. However, she still made sure there was a bathroom available for us so we could take a shower after our hiking tour. This is a great place to stay, and I would recommend it to anyone!

The owners were some of the nicest and joyful ethnic peoples I had stayed with. Did a trek with one of the owners. We all had dinner together as a family. I loved it so much I went back twice on my travels

We had the best time there and we were sad to leave! If you are looking for a place to stay in the stone village this is the BEST!!!

They also have a mart with everything - literally - so in case you need snack, toothbrush/toothpaste, blahblah, just come & buy. They also have motorbikes for rent.
