Originally, we came to this area for one night to relax from the hustle and bustle of Saigon, but we enjoyed it so much that we ended up staying for two nights. The place is truly magical, and you will hardly see any tourists here—only kind, smiling local people and plenty of fruit, especially coconuts. Thuan is a very friendly and caring person. He speaks perfect English, which really helped us to get at least a glimpse of the local culture and way of life, especially during a private trip on the Mekong River, which I highly recommend. The next day, we went on a bike ride and visited a local coconut processing workshop (nothing goes to waste here). One of the most unforgettable moments was when we visited local school children—it was an incredible experience that touched our hearts. Whenever we were hungry, his sister Thuy cooked us excellent Pho or fried spring rolls at her restaurant. We are glad we chose this place and we hope to return here in the future. Everything about this experience was magical and we could not recommend it more. It has been the highlight of our Vietnam trip so far. A highlight of our stay was the boat trip led by Amy. It was such a unique experience where we got to learn about the local ecosystem and cultural practices. 10/10 must do if they are offering a boat trip during your stay. Everything was wonderful and we can’t wait to go back!

The owner went above and beyond, arranging a free pickup from the bus and even helping us book our next ride. Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful. We rented a scooter, and the owner gave us fantastic tips on places to visit, making our trip even more special. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a warm, welcoming experience!

I stayed a Saturday night, there was laut Karaoke at the neighbours house until 9pm, afterwards a nice and quiet night. According to other guests, the karaoke was not that loud the rest of the week. Bring some earplugs, just in case and you will have a great time 😊
