The rooms were incredibly clean and cozy, and I could see the care that went into keeping everything fresh and comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped, even with spices and coffee, which made mornings so much easier. The history of the property made the experience even more special, and I truly appreciated every detail.

WG Creole House 1850 is located in the Central City district of New Orleans, less than 1 km from Union Station, a 15-minute walk from Morial Convention Center and 1.7 km from Mercedes-Benz Superdome. This 3-star guest house offers water sports facilities, luggage storage space and free WiFi. Audubon Nature Institute is 6.9 km away and Rivertown is 19 km from the guest house. I didn't have breakfast as I don't think breakfast was included. I did make myself a couple cups of tea in the kitchen/dining area. I think you could have used some of your own food in that facility. This is a wonderful place to stay. Most highly recommended. I would definitely try to book it if I were to visit New Orleans again. It is walkable from the train station although Google Maps does not provide the best route for getting there.

Each room will provide you with a work desk and a flat-screen cable TV. Ironing facilities are also available. All private bathrooms come with a bath or shower. We loved staying at Rose Manor. The owners were so welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Breakfast around the dining table with other guests was lovely. The location was perfect. Public transport was easy to use from Rose Manor. There were also restaurants along the street and a supermarket.
