I Booked the beachfront house(they gave me one on the 10th floor), and I got 'Wowwwww moment 'at sunrise time on Christmas day at 7:08 am. I am so glad I booked it at the last minute. It was the best decision made during the Miami trip. My friend is also very happy to wake up on the beach at sunrise. Also, the couch in the living room is a convertible bed! There is free valet parking, the lobby has coffee in the morning. 3-minute walk to the beach, and tons of restaurants down the street. Also full-kitchen set if you want to cook with small free snacks on the house. During my stay, I wake up for an early morning walk along the beach then drive along the coastline further south to Key West.

The kitchenette was well appointed with a good little stove and brand new refrigerator. Plenty of pots and pans. We were able to make our simple meals. There was a big, clean barbeque available as well. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with plenty of outdoor furniture to relax in. The pool is clean and heated and is in the sun all day and protected from the wind. We enjoyed it very much. The complex is quiet and well located, a five minute walk to the beach. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Singer Island has such a good vibe. It is quiet without being boring and the people are so friendly. It is a 10-minute walk to the Sailfish Marina bar and restaurant. So much fun to hang and watch the sun setting. It is close to other stores and bars and restaurants. We used the brand new bikes to look around the Island. Lots of fun!
