It's located in a very wonderful side of Jinja, and I enjoyed walking to all places.i didn't need to spend on taxis, its located next to Jinja centra market, source of Nile and one can enjoy walking to all these areas! This should rather be named, "Gem on the Nile" - a stunning location, with spacious suites overlooking the river, with a really great dining area/bar! The owner, David, could not have been more welcoming, and a high standard of hospitality was also offered by all of the staff, every one gracious and friendly. The food was of an equally high standard: we ordered fish (tilapia) and it was cooked to perfection. Home on the Nile defines Value for Money - it offers a lot, for much less than many of the other accommodations that we stayed at during our Ugandan travels, whilst offering a similar high standard.
