With city views, this accommodation provides a patio. Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a sun terrace. Location: quiet at night, good trekking and visiting sites, on foot from the hotel. Goreme is like an apres ski pave on steroids! Good eateries nearby but all are expensive. The owner of the hotel was very friendly and helpful. He introduced us to his taxi driver on the first day. But we found out how to get bus from Çavuşin to Goreme. I am sure if you asked him, he could give you local bus information to get around and see some sites. Our room had a jacuzzi (great!) And a fireplace (which works): 2 principal reasons for choosing this room, as we went in December/January. The fire we used on one night and the owner supplied us with 2 free logs, some kindling and lighter fuel. But the door didn't close (broken latch).

There is a private entrance at the aparthotel for the convenience of those who stay. The aparthotel features family rooms. Beautiful, modern apartment. There is everything one can need. We arrived late in the night and a bottle of water and two cookies waited for us, which was great since there are no stores nearby the accommodation. The apartment is in newly built building with security, check in instructions were very helpful. Security was so kind, they helped us and called us a taxi for the airport early in the morning, be aware that it takes 15-20 minutes for taxi to arrive. There was even a bicycle in the apartment, but wouldn't recommend you to drive it since there are some stray dogs in the neighbourhood. WIFI password can be found at the back of the router.

We stayed in the hotel in April 2025 and booked 3 nights. But we came the day before and left one day later and it was so cool that the hotel could extend our booking for these nights! We had a wonderful room, good breakfasts and very helpful and responsive staff at reception! Despite that we checked out early morning they made breakfast for us the day before in the evening and brought it in our room. I can not compare it with another hotels in Avanos, but certainly can recommend this place!

The property is situated 13 km from Uchisar Castle, 13 km from Urgup Museum and 13 km from Nikolos Monastery. Avanos is away from the more commercialised centres In Cappadocia and perfect for us. The accommodation has the pleasant Red River right at the doorstep. The old town centre is a 5min walk and the people are very friendly. The ambiance and location is perfect. The owners are very helpful. We are grateful that they arranged a Ballon Flight for us prior to our arrival. The extraordinary experience is a ‘must do’. We would highly recommend staying here.
