The staff were exceptional. Nothing was ever too much for them and they were always willing to help out in any way possible. A free upgrade (low season) to a four-poster bedroom with balcony and sea views was such a wonderful surprise. Dinners were good and breakfasts ample.

Everything !! Stunning hotel in the heart of the Medina, beautiful in all its historical details. The services are up to the standards of a top-class establishment. The room is very comfortable with a cosy bathroom. Everything is well supported by the staff. I also recommend the Dar El Jeld restaurant: beautiful location and high level food. We chose a hotel in the centre to have an authentic experience, and so it was. Super recommended

Amazing. Located in the heart of Sidi Bou Said, you can walk up the hill to the picturesque area in five minutes, or to the tram station that takes you to the various ruins of Carthage. Across the street you have the post office (though they don't take packages), ice cream shop, bank, and a bunch of cafes and restaurants. The beach is close as well. The owner is incredibly kind and very, very helpful. The value is unbelievable, stay here and you won't regret it!
