The staff were exceptional. Nothing was ever too much for them and they were always willing to help out in any way possible. A free upgrade (low season) to a four-poster bedroom with balcony and sea views was such a wonderful surprise. Dinners were good and breakfasts ample.

Everything !! Stunning hotel in the heart of the Medina, beautiful in all its historical details. The services are up to the standards of a top-class establishment.
