it is just by the beach, dont expect any housekeeping and so on. it is just a room with 3 beds. before you rent this property. make sure you are not coming as a family because the beach bar started at 8pm and will finish at 4am. The music is so loud and even the bass can shake the property but if you are a party person and all ur purpose in phi phi is to party. so here is the best place for you guys.

It exceeded my expections. Vibey and cozy hang out area right on the beach and able to watch the party scene. Good location that is still close to everything but out of the way enough to be able to get some peace and quiet if you want to sleep. Good proper blanket as well that seems to be waterproof. Has free water and instant coffee stand

everything went great. The hotel owner is easy to communicate with, we agreed on a reservation without prepayment, quickly. We were met at the pier, free transfer to the hotel by boat, very beautiful nature. The room was large, clean, a separate bungalow.

I don't know why other reviews are so bad. We had a really good experience in this property. We had a beautiful sea view, extremely clean room and access to a beautiful pool. We also got bottles of water each day. We are middle aged and able bodied and found no difficulty walking to and from the property. (This would only be an issue for those that have mobility issues). We would highly recommend 😊

The room was perfect for us. Great value for the price . The bed was very comfortable and the facilities were also very good!! Staff made us feel comfortable and we're very friendly. It's very close to the beach aswell as alot of great restraunts.

Booked last minute, this was the cheapest room with airconditioning that we could find. Brand new aircon. Had a great two nights. Quiet location compared to the center. The staff are nice and there’s coffee and tea at reception in the morning.
