Baan Suan La Moon in Chiang Khan has 2-star accommodation with a garden. There is a picnic area and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. La Moon was a wonderful host and paid attention to all the little details. She gave us fruit and other goodies to eat in the morning and put out coffee for us. She even gave us fruit and some sandwiches and sausage buns to take with us on the bus on the day we left. She also dropped us off at the bus stop at no extra charge. La Moon let me use her washing machine and drying space to do a.load of washing and didn't charge anything for that either. The bungalow was lovely and set in La Moon's beautiful garden. We were also allowed to use the bicycles at no charge and they were in good condition. La Moon's English is very good which was very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to everyone.

Nearby is a walking street where there are many restaurants, bars, shops and street markets. Free bicycle rental is good for exploring more distant locations. In Chiang Khan is a amazing and peaceful atmosphere from morning monks alms ceremony to evening strolling around. I hope to come back here again :) I recommend staying here
