The property is 800 metres from Chiang Rai Saturday Night Walking Street. Chiang Rai Airport is 8 km away. It is a nice and cozy place. Close to the night bazzar and to the clock. A very friendly hosting and explanations. We had the cottage, a marvelous room. Excellent value for money.

At the holiday home, every unit has bed linen and towels. Unbelievably cheap, absolutely best price we have found ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD, and the value you get for your money? Wow. Everything is clean! Like actually clean! And so comfortable! There's wifi, and the internet is actually pretty good! I couldn't believe it. You get your own independent little cabin with a private bathroom, and you're in nature with peace and quiet. I would happily have stayed a month.  They also rent motorbikes in excellent condition, also for the cheapest price we have found in any country. You do need a motorbike here because the resort is in the middle of nowhere, but if you don't know how to drive too well, this is the perfect place to learn. All the roads around are excellently paved and mostly empty: there's almost no traffic at all. And the countryside is beautiful to just drive around and enjoy. The family that runs the place is super sweet.
