This apartment offers air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony. We stayed in the King Bedroom Suite at the centrally located ParadiseOneVilla for a week. The accommodations were as-advertised and a great value. The bed and furnishings were comfortable. The grounds are gated, offering nice security and free parking for the rental car that you will need to get around the island. It is not possible to have a more accommodating host who met every want and need. There is an in-suite water cooler that supplies both cold drinking water and boiling water for tea or coffee, beach gear (chairs, towels, umbrella, snorkel masks), private balcony with partial ocean view and kitchenette. Adriano, the host, offered pinpoint directions to the best beaches and parking areas that were not always revealed in Google or Apple maps. It was great having access to a free local guide! Definitely a top rated value experience. If you are looking for a 5 star accommodation, check out the brand new two story Aqualara Villa on the property offered by this host! It is stunning. We will be back.

Enjoyed the independence of an apartment rather than a hotel, and it was a superb apartment. It seemed quite new, it was clean, spacious, and the owners had provided everything you could possibly need, from a huge range of cooking pots/utensils to snorkelling equipment and beach towels, even the washing powder and tumble drier sheets were all provided - it really is a home from home. Based in Grace Bay, it was pretty easy to get anywhere by car and there were always plenty of parking spaces (although we did travel slightly out of season). Also, the owners were friendly and very quick to respond if you had any queries and they recommended a few good eating places.

Outdoor seating is also available at the apartment. the hosts have been amazing, went the extra mile and brought us an amazing breakfast on christmas day; the kindness and hospitality have been over the top! we had comfy lounge chairs outside in the garden, bikes and a kayak free of charge to explore the surrounding area and the canal going to the seaside; great place for snorkeling, we have seen turtles and plenty of corals and fishes; supermarkets nearby, fish fry parade is a few minutes by car, close to the airport and grace bay; we had an amazing time here. the property has a garden with a closed gate, it’s super safe and far enough from the road to be quiet. kitchen is well equipped, tv with netflix etc; the closest beach is in 5 minutes walking distance

This apartment provides air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony. Guests have access to a hot tub and fitness room. It was so quiet, and the pool was wonderful. I enjoyed being there it was truly peaceful. It was amazing and close to some of restaurant by walking. The groceries store was a few minutes away by car. It was amazing, I will recommend my friends to go there. Also, I will probably go there again one day.

I traveled to Turks & Caicos alone this year for my birthday; however, this was the best experience ever. Mark & Lili were amazing hosts. They made sure they answered all of my questions about navigating the island & they provided excellent details about how to get to the resort & access the condo. I accidentally spilled something on the bed while I was there & wanted to know how to get to a convenience store to pick up some laundry detergent. They insisted on sending over their cleaning lady, who was so sweet & helpful by the way, because they wanted me to just relax & enjoy my birthday. Once I arrived, there was happy birthday decorations & a bottle of champagne & flowers. It was so beautiful I teared up a little. I loved my stay at their condo, they had everything that I needed. I would definitely stay there again. I received top tier hospitality & my birthday trip was very rewarding. Thank you so much Mark & Lili you’re the absolute best.
