When I was walking down the hill to the city center, I was surprised at the kindness of the whole community around. Children playing around, everyone greeting me... very nice walk (there is a minibus from town available, but I actually preferred to walk, for the experience of meeting all the locals on my way) The lodge is a family run business. Beautifully situated, with nice clean rooms and common area. I really loved JR, who is a caretaker of the lodge. Cheers to you and your family man!

Geoff the owner went out of his way to make our stay as comfortable as possible.. got a room upgrade and a vehicle was on standby to go to our shopping due to the proximity of the nearest shopping center.

Free WiFi is available throughout the property, as well as a terrace and a restaurant. The property also offers accommodation for disabled guests. The whole apartment was spacious, new and clean. Big kitchen with fridge. The aircon worked great (important in the solomons). The owner was super helpful and responsive. Because my flight was delayed, she arranged a late check in in the very last minute. And overall she was always very helpful and accommodating. The area felt safe and i felt like home. Great value fir money.
