The location was excellent! The condo had everything I needed, comfortable beds, good WiFi, great kitchen facilities, and plenty of linen for my time there. There was also a nice communal pool to spend as long as you want there! The property owner was very accommodating, and always a message away from pointing me in the right direction. Also for my own reasons, I needed a later checkout which they were very nice about! 10/10 hospitality!

I had a wonderful stay at this condo in Davao. The unit was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained — exactly as described in the listing. Everything I needed was provided, from a good Wi-Fi connection to kitchen essentials and air conditioning. The bed was comfortable and I felt right at home. The location is convenient, close to shops, restaurants, and transportation. The building itself felt safe and secure, with friendly and helpful staff available when needed. What I appreciated most was the host’s hospitality — communication was fast, check-in was smooth, and they went out of their way to make sure I had a great stay. Overall, this condo is excellent value for money and I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Davao. Highly recommended!

The apartment was very nice and clean and spacious,the beds was very comfortable and it was very luxurious and modern. Close to abrezza mall so easy to get something to eat. The owner was very nice and respond quickly on messages. I will highly recommend this apartment for short term and long term rent.
