Situated in Bora Bora, 10 km from Mount Otemanu, Villa Yrondi offers air-conditioned accommodation and a garden. With mountain views, this accommodation features a patio and a swimming pool. The guest house has family rooms. This is a wonderfully quirky, artistic place to stay. Don't expect perfection but expect a jewel in the crown for individuality, creative expression and original art of the owner. The location is serene with magnificent views (you will need a bicycle to get into town which are provided). The villa is also only a 15 minute cycle to Matira Beach which is definitely the best beach on the island. The Meastro's Suite is effectively a fully contained apartment in a mock Italianate villa; worth paying the difference for this space. We felt like we had drifted away to another era staying at Villa Yrondi. A stark contrast from our stay at one of the excessively priced international chains in Bora Bora. If you are going to Bora Bora to spend a fortune on an above-the-water villa; take some time to think about also staying on the main island in a place with individuality and charm and which is much more wallet freindly. It was actually blissful to have no TV but obviously there was wifi access. If you want screen time, do your downloads and take your own device. We certainly didn't need it in a space this peaceful with such wonderful surroundings. Exceptional. Thank you Valerie for your kindness.

The house was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully laid out with plenty of sitting areas to relax and take in the stunning views. The kitchen was well-stocked with all the essentials, including plenty of pans and plates, which made cooking at home easy and enjoyable. We especially appreciated the BBQ area and made great use of it, followed by a refreshing dip in the pool. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Having our own car was definitely a plus, as it allowed us to explore the island at our own.

The holiday home offers a continental or American breakfast. very good....lani went above and beyond for us...what a excellent host...she took care of the car rent/tour/taxi pick up at the ferry port and she is a wonderful person and we enjoyed talking with her at breakfast each morning....I can not say enough good things about this lady....and yes I would stay there again....and will be telling my friends to book with her...thanks lani for the neck chain...i will hold on to it forever.....best wishes always.....randy

She takes care of the comfort of the guests and is always ready to help, to meet all their wishes. The accommodation is large enough, the equipment is satisfactory for living and cooking, the house has OK infrastructure, hot water, air conditioning in two bedrooms, WIFI, TV will need to be arranged ;), washing machine and dryer, everything was clean. Large covered terrace, space for a car, bicycles in the accommodation. Everything is fenced and safe. Pleasant and simple neighbors. Louana - thanks again for everything, we hope to see you again...

Firstly Ingrid and Olivier were fantastic hosts, very friendly but not imposing, and were extremely helpful when we had trouble with late luggage deliveries and ordering taxis and other small things. The location is in the Matira Beach district of Bora Bora, a short walk to the beautiful public beach and several restaurants and beach front bar/cafes within 10 min walk. It is also very close to the MaiTai jetty where a lot of water activities can happen and Matira Point where there is a hire place and tours for jetskis. The property is just a few metres from Tiare market which is a small grocery store with most small grocery items available as well as a decent selection of wine (at Bora Bora prices of course!). The bread and french pastries from the market are magnificent but you need to arrive early to get some as they seem to be hottest items on the island! You will not go hungry or thirsty with the market so close. The villa is beautiful - very new, with modern appliances and well equipped kitchen, air conditioning in all bedrooms, a beautiful alfresco outdoor space next to the pool. The pool is fantastic, perfect way to start and end the day! The three bedrooms are very spacious with king size beds and the bathrooms are modern and tasteful. It is also very secure, we never felt at all like there was a problem - all the locals were very friendly, and say hello.
