With inner courtyard views, this accommodation features a patio. Guests can make use of the sun terrace or the outdoor fireplace, or enjoy views of the mountain and lake. Richar and his family definitely bring peace into their space. He walked with us to the significant pachamama and pachatata and explained the culture behind. His wife cooked amazing food, love especially their soup and trout!! His daughter taught us to make simple bracelets that was really fun and beautiful to have something handmade to bring home. The room is very quiet, clean and comfortable. I slept very well 2 nights. Always hot water for tea and coffee. Hot shower is hot! View is spectacular. I do recommend staying at least 2 nights to feel the tranquility and peace on the island.

There is a private entrance at the country house for the convenience of those who stay. The country house has family rooms. Given the location, the accommodation offered a very comfortable stay. Nights can be cold, but the extra blankets made it cozy. We experienced a minor bathroom issue, yet the hosts were responsive and solved it right away. We appreciated the tour organized through Manuel, and the meals were enjoyable: breakfast was excellent while dinner was simple and fairly priced.

The bed and breakfast provides mountain views, a sun terrace and a 24-hour front desk. Mario and his wife were wonderful hosts! The rooms were clean and the water was hot. Mario greeted us at the port and walked us to his home. Excellent location close to the center where lunch is served daily. Mario made us nice breakfast and dinner daily. Great location to walk and enjoy the scenery.

It is situated less than 1 km from Bus Station and provides luggage storage space. The rooms include a balcony with garden views and free WiFi. Quiet place a few blocks from the main square, the owner was very kind. The place also has a coffee at the ground floor and food is very yummy! She also supported us calling a taxi early in the morning. Very recommended

Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with a picnic area. My stay at Tikawasi was such a special experience. I instantly felt so welcome- José Luis helped me to organise my transport and picked me up from the boat too. I had delicious meals made by Pilar, and it was so special to eat and talk altogether with other guests. The island and this home is extremely peaceful and beautiful. I am so grateful that I was able to stay here and with such a kind family.

The hosts were friendly and went over and above for our stay. They organised our tour to Uros, the floating islands and Taquile Island. They came with us to interpret as we only spoke english. The room was warm and very comfortable. The shower was warm and clean. We ate meals there at a very reasonable price. The food was very good. We met other guests from other countries and had an excellent time. We would highly recommend this property and thank the hosts for an excellent stay.

Isaac also took us on an island boat tour and Gladys prepared the most delicious food. You dont stay at the Uros islands expecting a conventional 5 star hotel experience, you go there to experience something you will never forget! Gracias para todos!

From sharing English phrases for Quechua with Ernesto to drinking local tea, watching the sunsets, to hiking the local trails, I can not recommend enough.
