The place itself is great, with a spectacular view, very comfortable room, clean, nice bathroom, terrace. In the evening can see the stars from your bed. In the morning a nice sunrise. Also had breakfast and dinner which the family prepared for our, delicious local food. One thing if you go, a 4x4 car might help, we did not make it all the way in our small car, but you can ask to be picked up.

It was our favourite place we stayed during our trip in Oman, and hope to be back again soon. Great dinner and incredible breakfast spread. Owner gave us good local recommendations of what to see in and around Al Hamra. Locally-sourced and all natural soaps in the bathrooms were a perfect added touch. Would recommend this as a must stay for any friends who ask for recommendations for Oman!

Very clean and high standards. I recommend it especially for families.

Muscat International Airport is 226 km away. The owners worked really hard to make the place picturesque, which works so well with the great views of the mountains. The apartment is comfortable and well kept, and the facilities are quite nice (common kitchen accessible 24/7 is well equipped). The breakfast was served at another place just a short walk from the apartment and was good (it was a typical Omani breakfast).

Fabulously authentic, spotlessly clean with superb views from the spacious terrace. We were the only guests so it felt like we had a huge house to ourselves. However, the comfortable public spaces would also be great for sharing with fellow travellers too. Omani friendliness and hospitality at its best. Cannot recommend highly enough.
