There are also two small pools, though it would have been nice to have separate towels for swimming (which they don’t provide). The owner is warm, welcoming, and truly makes you feel at home. If you prefer staying in a cozy, family-run place rather than a standard hotel, this is the perfect spot. For me, it’s the best accommodation in Nizwa—and maybe even in all of Oman

Muscat International Airport is 226 km away. Amazing location just steps away from wadi ghul, literally just had to step outside to see the beautiful sunrise over the mountains. Our local Omani host was amazing and we learned lots from him over tea! Highly recommend staying here for an authentic experience living in the mountains for a night.
