Every detail seemed carefully considered, and it made us feel so welcome. Although we didn’t use it, the grill available for guests is a fantastic option for sunny days. Unfortunately, we had cloudy weather, but it didn’t dampen our experience. Instead, we cozied up in the bedroom and watched Netflix on the smart TV, which allowed us to log into our own account. We can wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone passing through Te Anau. It’s the perfect blend of comfort and hospitality — we couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

In fact, the quality of my stay was so outstanding that I would compare it to that of a 4 or 5-star hotel. Cara's attention to detail, the comfort of the cottage, and the overall experience far exceeded my expectations.
