The location was fabulous. Near the beach & you could see the Mount from the apartment. The decor was gorgeous & attention to detail. Modern & clean & with everything you need. Modern well equipped kitchen & lovely bathrooms. Beautiful.

This was the best thing for our mental health and our marriage. So relaxing and private and quiet with the sounds of nature and bird song. Loved not hearing traffic and really feeling that difference between city and country. We enjoyed all the extra touches like the marshmallows and the hot water bottles. The outdoor bath was huge and incredible! It was awesome to be able to cook for ourselves and that fireplace was the best. Great place to stay with a fantastic host who was very friendly and helpful. The cottage is perfectly located - just far enough from Rotorua to feel out in the country and relax while close enough to be a short drive to its attractions.
