The swimming pool was warm and clean, my room was sparkling clean and they made my birthday morning very nice. They sang for me plus a "cake". Lizzy, in particular, was very welcoming and warm. We are so grateful to ASamson who always had a smile and always offered a helping hand even when we didn't need it 😊. My family were well looked after and it felt like I was at home. I was also super impressed with the respo se of the home manager who attended to all our concerns and offered solutions when in a sticky situation. Kudos to the whole team for being customer focused, listening and making changes as needed. Will definitely book again, my whole family loved the space and overall atmosphere.
