- Beautiful location, relatively close to city center and in a very safe and walkable neighborhood - Rooms were very clean and comfortable, very affordable and fair rate - Breakfast included, delicious and filling - Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful - Quest helped arrange a taxi driver for pick-up and this was highly appreciated - A perfect lodge for a short stay in Lilongwe, but also definitely suitable for a longer stay if needed! Highly recommend. Will make sure to come back if I find myself in Lilongwe once again.

The staff on site were super helpful. We are so grateful to ASamson who always had a smile and always offered a helping hand even when we didn't need it 😊. My family were well looked after and it felt like I was at home. I was also super impressed with the respo se of the home manager who attended to all our concerns and offered solutions when in a sticky situation. Kudos to the whole team for being customer focused, listening and making changes as needed. Will definitely book again, my whole family loved the space and overall atmosphere. The meals were great. We especially loved the breakfast. But best was the kidness of the staff and the manager/owner. When we arrived in Lilongwe, unfortunately our luggage went missing at the airport. We told the owner and he immediatly called the airport himself to inquire about our bags and also gave us the contact details of someone working at the airport. This was more than just good service! So much willingness to help - thanks a lot!
