Great studio in Quatre Bornes area of Mauritius. It was well equipped and had everything needed for my 5 day stay. Parking available and it’s about 25 minute walk from the light rail or steps from bus stops. The owners were also very kind and gave me advice about visiting various areas. The area is not very touristy but that was quite nice.

I landed on a public holiday and with a South African laptop cable, and no converter plug. They provided me with a replacement extension the very same evening, which they very kindly let me keep. They were in constant communication during the cyclones to make sure I was ok and had everything I needed. The made recommendations for both a taxi and hire car service I used. The apartment was well stocked upon arrival. All the little details were accounted for. Umbrella, tupperware, torch, spare batteries... literally most things you could think of, were there. It's these little things which make a place a home away from home.
