We had the perfect stay at Guest House Vila Elezi. We were greeted by the friendly owners, who treated us to coffee, raki, and oranges from the garden. We chatted with a mixture of Albanian, English, Italian and Google translate. Our room had a fridge, a balcony with garden views, and a very comfortable bed. The shared kitchen had everything we needed for cooking meals. There are also laundry facilities. The guest house is in a fantastic location, only 10 minutes walk from the beach and away from the busy beach strip. There are plenty of markets around. The guest house is 50 minutes walk from Durrës bus station. Fantastic hosts, who were incredibly generous and kind, and fulfilled all of our requests and needs.

It was amazing experience! The staff is super friendly! and very helpful! you can get advices and all the help you need. This is not an usual approach and I loved to stay there. The most beautiful and best campsite I've ever seen, very good location on the waterfront, comfort and cleanliness, swimming pool with a view of the sea, restaurant and more. They have all kinds of birds and animals that you can pet.

We stayed in apartment 1 which was on the main path but it was quiet and secure. The staff were welcoming and got us into our room quicker than the check in time which was great. We left our bags in the secure lobby so we didn't have to carry them after we checked out. The room itself was spacious, double bed, small table and chairs, kitchen area with bowls/plates etc and a dishwasher and TV although we didn't use that. Room had Aircon and blackout curtains so it was comfortable for sleeping and not being woken early. Bathroom was a good size, towels and wash stuff provided Coffee and croissants were provided in the courtyard in the morning.
