From the very first moment Otman was very helpful with his heart-warming attitude. Location was great, Riad was very beautiful, bathroom was well equipped, terrace was great to enjoy the views, breakfast was abundant, great variety of both continental and local food.

This was a lovely establishment. They were very hospitable - Abdlhak and Ismail were kind, responsive and provided detailed answers to our many questions. They aided us in getting a tour guide for a private tour around FES. We ordered food to eat out on the terrace in the evening, which was lovely. They indulged us by providing dinner way past their kitchen being open which we were very grateful for. The room was large and enough for three of us that were staying here and last but not least the breakfast provided by Zineb was delicious and plentiful. We would definitely stay here again. Apart from their hospitality this was a beautiful establishment. Thank you!

The Merzouga room had a washing machine nearby and access to a rooftop terrace. Wi-Fi was available on each floor, making our stay very comfortable. The shower had hot water, and the room was clean and well-maintained. There were also Moroccan slippers provided, which made walking around the room comfortable. Thanks to Mustafa, our stay was truly wonderful. He was very kind, frequently communicating with us via messages, carrying our heavy luggage to the room, and even preparing a lunch box for us in the morning. His excellent hospitality allowed us to have a relaxing time not only in Fes but also during our trip to Chefchaouen. I highly recommend this place to everyone visiting, including those coming from Japan!

We had a lovely stay at Dar Bensouda, a beautifully refurbished traditional riad that perfectly blends authenticity with comfort. The property is an old house thoughtfully transformed into charming accommodation, preserving its architectural heritage while offering a peaceful retreat in the heart of the medina. Our room was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay, always ready to assist with a smile. Breakfast was decent—simple but satisfying. The small pool in the courtyard added a refreshing touch, especially after exploring the busy streets of Fes. One of the highlights was the rooftop terrace: quite spacious, with stunning views and a serene ambiance that made it ideal for unwinding. Overall, we were very pleased with our experience and would definitely recommend Dar Bensouda to travelers looking for an authentic Moroccan stay with warm hospitality.

Me and my family had an amazing stay at this Riad in Fez. The service was exceptional from start to finish, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and always felt welcomed. The breakfast each morning was a highlight, freshly prepared with a variety of delicious local options, which gave us a great start to the day. The location is also perfect, situated within walking distance of the main attractions in the Medina, making it very easy to explore the city. Whether you're visiting for a short trip or a longer stay, I highly recommend this Riad for its fantastic service, lovely ambiance, and unbeatable location.

The moment you step in, you are transported in a parallel dimension where nothing else matters and you can have a truly restful time - regardless of whether you are by yourself or with company. The ground floor is intimate and beautifully decorated, with a little fountain and a few resting areas. We used to have breakfast inside one of them and it was such a special moment for us. The staff was superb. Ayoub welcomed us with the biggest smile, which accompanied us throughout the whole stay. He was always so caring, going above and beyond. Breakfast was out of this world, with homemade jams of various flavours. The cake blew our mind, so soft and tasty - the best one we've ever had! But the real highlight of our stay was the dinner: the food was made with so much love and care that we could taste it at every bite! The prune tajine was nothing short of sublime, the best one we have tried in Morocco (and we come here pretty often!). The chef does wonders and the freshness of the products (they were bought on the very same day!) is unmatched. Nour, the owner of the place, is a very lovely woman who guided us from day 1 and was super responsive to every and each of our questions. The rooms were more than perfect. We were expecting something pretty basic, and yet the attention to detail and the beauty of the furniture left us speechless. There is a stained glass window that creates the most magical light in the morning. The beds are so comfortable that you won't want to leave them! The little lounge area in the room was such a nice plus, as we could appreciate a view on the riad and the most gorgeous morning light from one of the little two chairs. The bathrooms would deserve a whole separate chapter: they are the most luxurious and at the same time practical we've experienced in Morocco. The atmosphere was dreamy, with soft lights and warm colours.

We had a wonderful stay at Riad Tarab. Mohamed and the staff were super friendly and helpful, we felt very at home. The room was beautiful, spacious, comfortable and quiet. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast on the balcony. This is also a great hotel for music lovers - there are many instruments in the living room and Mohamed owns a music shop. Definitely would stay here again. Thank you again :)
