The hosts were very accommodating. They helped to organise pick up and drop off at the train station and airport, and organised a really lovely walking tour with a local guide. Breakfast was big and delicious, and the rooms were spacious and very nice. Good location as well, and great dinner recommendations.

The staff is amazing, professional, kind, courteous, and friendly! Cannot say enough good things about them, especially Mehdi and Ibrahim. Good luck on your boxing career Mehdi, you are a true gentleman! They also provided a crib for our baby. <3 Also, beautifully decorated Riad, and great food.

He went above and beyond to answer our questions, help us plan our itinerary, and recommend the best local food and attractions. His exceptional service truly exceeded our expectations! In addition, the entire staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Whether at the front desk, the restaurant, or housekeeping, every team member greeted us with a smile and ensured that we felt at home. Their hospitality made all the difference in our experience. The food was also fantastic—breakfast was delicious and included traditional Moroccan pancakes, fresh juice, and the best mint tea! Overall, this hotel not only provides a beautiful and comfortable stay but also has a team that genuinely cares about its guests and delivers outstanding service. The staff were so accommodating, friendly and helpful! They printed our tickets for the train and organised taxi transfers. Takeaway breakfast boxes were so nice for our early check out too. Would definitely come back!

The room was spacious and we really enjoyed our stay. Kareem and his staff was very accommodating. Breakfast was also good. There was hot water and the property is clean. Well maintained. Location is also perfect as all tourist attractions are nearby and the neighbourhood is also safe.
