Featuring a garden and views of garden, Rai Villa Colombo is a recently renovated bed and breakfast located in Colombo, 19 km from R Premadasa Stadium. Housed in a building dating from 2022, this bed and breakfast is 19 km from Bambalapitiya Railway Station and 20 km from Khan Clock Tower. There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. Everything. This is my second time here. I loved it.

The apartment was in a fabulous area where we could walk or grab a quick Uber if we preferred. Check in and out was easy. The apartment itself was perfect for our family of 4, so clean and comfortable. Would thoroughly recommend.

The property is non-smoking and is set 1.4 km from Bambalapitiya Railway Station. The location is extremely convenient. The host and the Manager of the facility, Nuwan were extremely pleasant, friendly and helpful. There were 3 air conditioning units for the 1 bed room Studio Apartment! During our visit, Sri Lanka was experiencing extremely hot weather and the AC units were able to quickly cool the Apartment, which was excellent. The Apartment was as described, well furnished, very clean and well maintained. It was cleaned regularly while we were staying. The Apartment was one of the best we have stayed traveling around Asia, Europe, Australia and New Zealand! The bakery/restaurant downstairs served very good food, adding to the convenience. The host was also kind enough to accommodate us on our request for early check-in and late check-out.

Set in Colombo, the recently renovated Alakamandava features accommodation 10 km from Bambalapitiya Railway Station and 14 km from R Premadasa Stadium. This property offers access to a balcony, free private parking and free WiFi. The accommodation offers airport transfers, while a bicycle rental service is also available. I had a wonderful stay at Alakamandava spending 4 nights here at the beginning and end of a 2 week holiday. The beautiful apartment and location is peaceful and perfect to relax and unwind after a long flight, yet a short tuk tuk ride away from Colombo City. The hosts Dharshana and Bhagya ensure that you have everything you need, and the breakfast and meal choices were superb, really enjoyed the Sri Lankan options (although I had to Google some things, and there's also Pasta and Pizza etc.. As a solo traveller I felt completely safe here, it's very homely and so many pretty terraces to sit and look over the neighbourhood. I enjoyed watching the tree Squirells, and many different birds.. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Sri Lanka.

The villa offers pool views, a sun terrace, and free WiFi is available throughout the property. We had a very warm welcome. It’s very quiet which is great in a busy city. Very nicely furnished, fabulous pool.
