Iqbal and his staff were so warm and welcoming! They went above and beyond making sure I felt comfortable and enjoyed my stay! I was welcomed with delicious pineapple juice and a pastry. I ended extending my stay because it was such a warm and cozy place to spend a few days at the beach. Beach access is a few meters away. Iqbal also arranged surf lessons to peanut farm and I couldn’t recommend them enough! Best surf coach I’ve ever had! The room was very clean and spacious with hangers for wet clothes and storage. The hammocks outside each room are a very nice touch and relaxing. Each morning, the breakfast was very good and tasty! Lots of fresh fruit! Whatever you need, Iqbal and his team will take care of. Had a lot of nice chats with Iqbal. He will be missed! Wish I could stay for longer. Will definitely be back to this cozy piece of paradise.

He made sure we had everything we needed and went above and beyond to assist us with any requests. Our room was spotless and comfortable, equipped with air conditioning, which was a relief after a day in the sun. We also loved the hammock and the very comfy outdoor chairs—perfect for relaxing. The garden looked lovely, adding a peaceful ambiance to the whole place. The breakfast, prepared by the two lovely ladies at the hotel, was absolutely delicious. It was fresh, flavorful, and the perfect way to start our day. Overall, Aqua Blue Hotel offers great value for money with its clean accommodations, friendly service, and tasty breakfast. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Arugam Bay.

My husband and me loved this place. The host is very welcoming and will help with anything. We've been there for a whole month and couldn't ask for more: fully equipped kitchen, sleeping room with air con, an own backyard with lots of palm trees, beautiful sunrises and a big deck upstairs. The house is actually at the beach, so you can watch the ocean anytime. Highly recommend if you are looking for a quiet and peaceful place.
