The Hotel was clean and a nice big size. Private spring bath was great! There was a large window in the lounge room morning sun shine straight through. Owner of this hotel was very kind and helpful. I am very happy to find this Hotel.

The hostel offers hot-spring baths, free Wi-Fi and 3 lounges. Amazing building, one of a kind location. Nice onsen onsite, as well as a couple of private baths. Wonderful staff. Definitely recomended.

We were so well looked after by our room attendants. We told them we wanted to leave early the next morning and they came to set up breakfast early at 7.30 on the dot (normal breakfast time is 8am). You really get the feel of Japanese hospitality. Our room attendant couldn’t speak English well but he explained the whole dinner and breakfast to us using google translate. Everything was delicious using regional specialties. The outdoor bath in the room was amazing. This was a really special part of our trip. I recommend arriving at the 3pm check-in time so you can bathe as many times as possible! The dinner experience was really cool. It was a full set up from 6-8pm in the room and they came to set up our futon beds after.

The welcome seating and drink while staff helped us check in was so pleasant, our own personal staff to show us to our room, the beautiful room with all the little details or amenities, our own traditional Yakuta to wear to meals, the private onsen and peaceful nature of the ocean view. Everything was amazing!!

Very comfortable stay with professional housekeeping management which gave us a glimpse into traditional Japanese onsen culture; the staff are very kind and helpful taking charge of everything ranging from meals to the onsen with meticulous care; the dinner was absolutely excellent: not only did they offer a great variety of Japanese cuisine but they did it in a magnificent way, serving every delicacy with great hospitality and professionalism.

The e-bikes were a hit, as was the evening meal and the onsen. Room was extremely comfortable. Staff were lovely.

This was the best hotel I’ve stayed at. It was run by this cute lady, who was very talkative, friendly and just enjoyed getting to know travelers. She made my stay super comfortable and I felt so at home here. I definitely want to come to Atami again just to stay here and see her again.
