Excellent staff, Yukie in particular is wonderful and made my trip feel so welcoming. Facilities are tidy and well kept. The facilities are traditional which is nice. Incredible property and the ryokan was immaculate, tranquil and friendly. The staff were all wonderful and the owner is very kind. We were late to our gorge boat and she gave us a lift in the van.
