The atmosphere was peaceful, with friendly staff who went out of their way to make sure we had a great time. The highlight was sitting around the fire before dinner, enjoying the music and relaxing vibes. The food was incredible—breakfast was great, and dinner was absolutely delicious. The room and bathroom were clean, and we even got an upgrade. The camp had beautiful views for the sunset and sunrise, and they offered so many free services, including a trip to watch a camel race. They genuinely care about their guests and the experience rather than focusing on money, even offering dinner as complimentary Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I highly recommend this camp for anyone visiting Wadi Rum!

The full day jeep tour and camel riding were both amazing experiences, and our guide, Mohammad, was a great host. He was a lot of fun, very nice, and very knowledgeable. And that cave, and the dancing! Unforgettable!

Hasan Zawaideh’s staff organise jeep and camel trips to admire the Seven Pillars of Wisdom. They offer a special tour which follows the route of Lawrence of Arabia invading Aqaba. I have pretty big history of staying in hotels but this one the best so far. Best quality-price ratio. The customer service is great. Every question and request was fulfilled without hesitation. The room was clean, the stuff was friendly, the views are amazing. Can only recommend.

From the beginning the best is Muayad the manager he is a great person he was and communicated with us before arrival and keen to answer any inquiry he is a very nice person he took us when we arrived to the camp and the tent was wonderful and comfortable and very quiet the room facilities were all wonderful and the bed was large and very sufficient and very comfortable then we went on a trip to watch the sunset and Muayad accompanied us and he was wonderfully interested in us also the value for money was very great I will definitely come back it is the best camp and the best place to stay in Wadi Rum

The luxury tent features family rooms. Great location on the mountain. Spacious dining and lounging area. Delicious buffet. In the evening there was traditional music, meat baked in a pit, the night starry sky. I had to leave in the evening, and they left me at the campsite, where I could rest and take a walk nearby in the desert. The guide Mahmud took me on a jeep tour. He showed me everything stated in the program, recommended the best views for photos, in the evening of the next day he came for me and took me to the bus. Many thanks to all the staff.
