I liked pretty much everything about this property.
Derven was very welcoming on my arrival.
Whatever you see is what you will get.
The environment was very quiet and comfortable.
Beds are comfortable. This place is family friendly, vacation friendly and safe.

I loved staying here! The house, the pool and the surroundings are magnificent, this is a perfect place to stay if you want to get away from the busy city life and get some rest. Joyce, David and the rest of the staff were very helpful and kind. I will definitely come back. Thank you!

Private beach where you can safely while away the day just a short walk (less than 2 mins). Plenty of shade under trees.
Free use of paddle boards where snorkeling is fabulous. Lots of little fish to spy on as its a nature reserve.
Epic industrial structures to keep the view interesting to the left of the bay.
Clean apartments and pool area very chilled.
Staff were polite and well mannered.
Walking distance to juici pattie where you can get snacks and tasty top up lunches as well as a few shops to buy groceries. Bit rough at night but perfectly fine in the day. Juici opens early at 7am which is great when jet lagged.
Not too far from Dunns River (get there when it opens for the best experience).
Busy road makes it well connected for North Coast and a breeze to drive.
10 min drive to green grotto caves and plenty of roadside fruit sellers and jerk places.
Soup/jerk chicken place to the left 10 min walk (cowskin or pork soups were damn tasty) or drive right turn onto the main Rd to x2 places.
With mountain views, Paradise Place Grande King is situated in Cave Hill and has a restaurant, full-day security, bar, garden, picnic area and barbecue.

Wonderful & spacey place with a magnificent view over the ocean! It's sited high up on the hill, so you can enjoy the soft breeze from the sea which felt so refreshing and comfortable at night. The interior is all functional and in great condition. The surroundings are very peaceful and calm, so you have to go a bit down the hill if you need anything, but this means that you really can relax and enjoy the quiet. Outside there's a nice green yard where you can sit and chill. The hosts are also great and really did their best to help us enjoy our time!

This being my first time at the Villa and based on the online reviews it matched, as well as well as exceeded my expectations. The layout of the room, hospitality and thoughtfulness from reservation to arrival was very encouraging. The amenities were well thought out. The security was aware and alert. Despite having a loss of power for a few hours all that went right was enough for me to endure the discomfort.

The host Lisa and her assistant Jannelle were both very accommodating and always maintained good communication throughout. The staff at the villa, Avagaye & Joy, were both very warm, welcoming & polite and provided the family with lovely meals for breakfast & dinner. We thoroughly enjoyed our family getaway at this villa and we absolutely recommend this place to all our friends & family, and will most definitely stay here again.
The security personnel at the villa were very friendly and professional. The unit ( Villa) was clean and comfortable. The host, Devon gave me all the information I needed prior to my stay. He was also easily accessible and responsive to any concerns I had. I would definitely stay again when I have to be in that parish.
